In October last year, Rising Stars Generation carried out youth development work in Zimbabwe with a strong focus on discipline, structure, and character building. The initiative aimed to support Zimbabwean children and parents by ensuring that talent is guided by strong values and personal responsibility.
The organisation received a warm welcome on arrival, with Zimbabwean media and diplomats present, reflecting national interest in programmes that shape disciplined and focused young people. The reception highlighted the importance Zimbabwe places on structured youth development.
Rising Stars Generation believes that talent alone is not enough. Discipline, accountability, respect, and self control are seen as essential tools that allow young people to fully use their talent and reach their potential.
Parents were engaged as part of the process to ensure that discipline and guidance continue at home. This approach helps create consistency and long term impact for the children involved.
